Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling digital health and innovation company. You will provide confidential, professional and proactive executive assistance to the Company Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Director’s Office.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials and documentation.
- Manage international travel arrangements and logistics.
- Compile reports and presentations in clear, structured formats.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Handle general administrative and operational support duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience coordinating international travel itineraries.
- Ability to work flexibly in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion.
