Emma Gribben leads educational programs at the iAIR Institute focused on indoor air quality and public health

Emma Gribben is an experienced professional with a strong background in health policy, public health, and strategic operations. Since joining Airmid Healthgroup in 2023, she has been responsible for overseeing key business functions, including strategic operations, performance metrics and analytics, business function optimisation, innovation project support, and operational planning.

With over a decade of experience working alongside Senior Management and C-Suite executives, Emma has contributed to organisations such as Stranmillis University College, the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her work has encompassed research, administration, management, and strategic planning, giving her a well-rounded perspective on business operations within healthcare and related sectors.

Emma holds a BSc (Hons) in Health and Social Care Policy from Ulster University and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Public Health. She also holds a QQI Level 6 Certification in Managing People.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active with long walks and is passionate about fitness, often dedicating time to the gym.
