It is applicable to various kinds of textile products such as fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, bedclothes, home furnishings and other miscellaneous goods.

Test Description

  • The test (antifungal treated) and control fabric specimens are inoculated with a suspension of control fungal spores and inoculated for 48 hours at 30°C
  • The number of fungi present after incubation is determined by the plate count method.
  • The antifungal activity of the textile product is quantitatively determined according to the criteria in the standard.
