John Carroll trained as a chartered accountant with EY. Whilst working with EY, John was responsible for the audit of many large national and multinational enterprises, including Philips, Cement Roadstone, and EBS. He has more than fifteen years of post-qualification commercial experience across a diverse range of sectors, including intellectual property, licensing, and corporate finance.

John’s breadth of experience has enabled him to contribute strategic financial insight across both start-up and scaling environments. John has worked with Airmid Healthgroup since it commenced trading in 2007, playing a key role in financial planning, governance, and long-term growth strategy.
